ABOUT ALEKSANDR ZIMIN
I believe successful investments are created through proper management, not financial engineering alone. Execution creates value.

I've spent more than 20 years managing complex industrial, construction, infrastructure, and business projects — first in Russia, and since 2021, in the United States.


I have often stepped into the role of a product-developing engineer or a financier allocating capital. My role has always been to bring together people, capital, technology, and implementation processes into a cohesive, functional system—I am the one who transforms a complex idea into a finished, operational business.


I hold academic backgrounds in economics and enterprise management, law, and construction management — but the real education came from running businesses, factories, construction projects, and teams across industries.


In 2021 I relocated to the United States and rebuilt my professional network and business from the ground up. That experience — starting over, evaluating opportunities with fresh eyes, and executing without a safety net — is now the foundation of how I evaluate and run deals today.


Today, I work as an M&A advisor and principal investor, buying into and operating US businesses where operational leadership is as important as the capital behind the deal.
